| Thyme & Gorgonzola |

Simple and elegant pasta dish. Attractive servced wit ha tomato and basil salad.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups heavy cream 6 oz gorgonzola cheese 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Crumble cheese. Combine all ingredients in heavy pan. Cook gently until mixture reduces by one-fourth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with hot pasta. Pass a nutmeg grater around.
